Chateau Burgozone’s Tamyanka Single Vineyard is a refined expression of Bulgaria’s prized aromatic white variety, grown on the exclusive Tchukureya vineyard along the Danube. With yields limited to just 10-15 hl/ha, every grape is hand-harvested and carefully sorted, ensuring maximum quality and purity.
Fermented in stainless steel with temperature control and aged sur lies for one month, this PGI Danube Plain wine captures the finesse of its terroir – mineral-rich loess soils and a river-cooled continental climate. The wine shines with a lemon-green color and reveals a delicate but expressive bouquet of lime, green apple, lychee, and white blossoms.
On the palate, it is fresh and subtle, with balanced acidity and a clean mineral finish. A perfect partner to salads, seafood, vegetarian and exotic dishes, this wine is ideal for those who appreciate floral whites with character and a sense of place.
