A blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Rita and Muscat. Made in the traditional Borovitsa style with minimal intervention, without preservatives and cooling systems. Result of slow and quiet fermentation, in small stainless vessels with neutral yeasts. The different varieties make the wine rich, deep, and multi-layered. The color is straw yellow with a complex aroma and taste of yellow fruit, white flowers, and herbs. The aroma of vanilla from the French oak is elegantly felt.
