The distinguishing feature of the wines of the “Great Terroir” series is that they are made from old vines – 55-60 years old.
This wine is from vines growing on sandy-stony soils, 250-300m above sea level on a southern slope of a hill on the Danube River, with soils 6 million years old.
From grapes grown on this unique soil and through a vilification process where the wine is aged on the lees for 12 months, the Bela Rada Cuvee had freshness, balance, and complexity, showing the unique character of its origin.
