Blanc de Noir 2023 from Bogdaya Vineyard Estate is our first white-style expression of the noble red variety Pinot Noir. The grapes were harvested very early at the end of August, earlier than for rosé, resulting in lower pigment and exceptional freshness. The pressing is very short, releasing only the first free-run fractions, producing an extremely limited batch of just 600 liters.

The wine presents a gentle body with delicate hints of citrus and cherries. On the palate, it unfolds with freshness and length, revealing notes of white cherry, plum, and light herbal nuances in the finish.
