The wine is the result of co-fermentation of Mavrud, Rubin and Gamza – the three red local varieties from the new vineyards of the winery in the Datarla area of the village of Shishmanovo, South Sakar. Light pink colour with beautiful reflections. The nose is herbal with hints of wormwood, rosemary and lavender. Light body, fresh and supple, with a slightly spicy finish.
