Eva Cuvèe Blanche from Château Burgozone is a sophisticated blend of Chardonnay, Viognier, and Tamyanka, crafted from hand-harvested grapes grown on the slopes of the Danube River near Oryahovo, Bulgaria. With extremely limited yields of just 15-18 hl/ha, the focus is on quality and expression of terroir.
Fermented in stainless steel tanks with temperature control and aged sur lies for 5 months, this PGI Danube Plain cuvèe reveals both finesse and depth. The wine’s golden color with greenish reflections hints at its complexity. The aroma is rich and layered, with notes of green apple, white grape, jasmine, acacia flowers, honey, and enticing accents of hazelnut and white chocolate.
On the palate, Eva Cuvèe Blanche is dense and balanced, with layers of stone and tropical fruits, floral elements, and an elegant finish featuring dried fruit, vanilla, and honey. A versatile pairing for carpaccio, seafood, sushi, poultry, and cheese, it embodies the elegance of Burgozone’s signature white style.
