Riesling Plus – Rhine Riesling with Depth and Potential of Time

​Riesling Plus is produced from selected sites dedicated to Rhine Riesling, allowing it to reveal its complexity over the years. It is intended for slow aging in stainless steel tanks and bottles, which goes beyond the usual fruitiness and brings the mineral and textural layers that elevate it into a truly experiential wine.

​Wine Description

The color is a delicate lemon yellow. The bouquet is moderately pronounced – clear, varietal, and attractive. Dominant notes include peach, apricot, and linden flower, with a subtle herbal hint of parsley, a touch of citrus, and mineral notes, including petroleum. On the palate, the wine is dry, mature, with a fuller body and pronounced freshness. The oily texture rounds it nicely and adds breadth. The taste remains clear, varietal, and complex – from ripe tropical fruit to slightly mineral and resinous notes in the finish, indicating the beginning of aging.
