Tourbillon Brut is the jewel of the winery – the only sparkling wine in Bulgaria aged in the natural conditions of the Magura cave. With constant humidity of around 80% and a year-round temperature of 12°C, the wine matures in bottle for a minimum of 36 months. This perfect microclimate allows the creation of fine, persistent bubbles and a layered, elegant character.

The wine shines with freshness and finesse – straw yellow with subtle green highlights and crystal clarity. On the nose, aromas of green apple, pear, and delicate white flowers appear. The palate is lively, balanced, and refined, with a long mineral finish. Tourbillon Brut pairs beautifully with oysters, soft cheeses, baked white fish, and fresh salads.
