This blend has not been made in the last 10 years. The current series is made in a 50/50 ratio between the noble French varieties and Rksiteli. The combination is true;y memorable. After the wine was blended, most of it was sold to one of the customers who first tasted the wine. However, Adriana leaves some of the wine t share the result of her exciting idea of a meeting between the noble varieties of France and the local Bulgarian varieties.
Compared to MRVs (all noble French varieties), the aroma of Top of the hill is a bit more serious, and Rksiteli brings a certain liveliness to the combination. A wine that is made to make memories. Definitely try it!
