The Syrah is the new star of South Sakar and also distinctive wine of Bratanov Winery. This signature wine, produced in limited quantities of just a few hundred cases annually, is a genuine treasure offered to those who appreciate this type of grape.

This Syrah boasts a beautiful opaque ruby color with inky undertones. Its complex nose reveals dark chocolate, ripe berries, mocha, cigar tobacco, and spices. The body is juicy and structured, with balanced acidity and velvety tannins. Flavors of sweet spices, chocolate, blueberries, and walnut leaves intertwine, leaving a lasting impression. The finish lingers with cocoa powder notes. Sira Elitsa 2017 showcases Bratanovi’s elegant style – refined, flavorful, and contemplative.

Bratanov is dedicated to sustainable, organic farming with no insecticides, ensuring eco-friendly winemaking. Hand-harvested grapes are sorted, crushed, partially destemmed, and macerated before aging 34 months in barrels and 3.5 years in bottle, released in January 2024. Unfiltered, with possible fine lees, this limited edition of 5,608 bottles offers delightful fruity aromas and can aged 10+ years for evolved notes.
