Wild fermented & aged 29 months in 7 different barrels, as of July 2023 – 3 years in bottle, 4080 bottles.

Well, this is a terrific wine, indeed, that shows an intense nose of blackberry, notes of caramel, nut, leather and tea. The 2017 Merlot is soft, silky, and wonderfully nuanced on the palate. Revealing an extremely supple tannin texture with the strength and power of beautiful Sakar hills. Black pepper and blueberry fruit interplay along with a note of graphite and a subtle vanilla touch on the finish.
