Deep garnet red color with inky undertones. A rich spicy attack of black pepper, walnuts and cardamom with notes of plum and a floral violet undertone. The taste is soft, with a well-balanced elegant structure, with pronounced spices and chocolate notes, smoke and even a hint of Mediterranean climate – a shade of black olive. A harmonious finish, leaving a spicy-sweet memory for the senses. Aging potential (2022 -2030).

A typical and very natural Syrah (only sulphites added), expressing very pure the terroir of Southern Sacchar. For the third year in a row, the wine is fermented spontaneously, with the natural microflora from the vineyard, or the so-called “wild” yeast. Malolactic fermentation is also spontaneous. Aged for 9 months only in a neutral vessel, without the participation of oak (“sans barrique” in French) and with subsequent development in the bottle for more than 2 years before release on the market in October 2022. A complete and at the same time wine with excellent aging potential, bearing the elegant handwriting of our oenologist Maria Stoeva. The wine is not filtered before bottling – the appearance of a noble sediment is possible!
