Château Burgozone’s red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah is a sophisticated interpretation of three noble varieties grown on the sun-kissed, south-facing slopes of the Danube River in Bulgaria. From the estate’s own low-yielding vineyards near Oryahovo, the grapes are hand-harvested and hand-sorted to ensure only the best fruit is used.

Fermented with temperature control and aged for 12-15 months in French oak barrels, the wine displays a deep ruby hue with violet and brick nuances, signaling both youth and aging potential. On the nose, you’ll find an elegant bouquet of blackberries, black plum, red cherry, clove, mushroom, and vanilla.

The palate reveals a harmonious blend of black cherry, raspberry, and spice, supported by silky tannins and a gentle oak influence. The wine’s balance and structure make it a natural companion for roast meats, lamb, pasta dishes, mushrooms, and aged cheeses.

Crafted by the award-winning Château Burgozone, a boutique family winery recognized for its sustainable practices and commitment to quality, this red blend is a fine example of the winery’s focus on producing elegant, terroir-driven wines. All wines are vegan, made with minimal intervention, and reflect the estate’s philosophy: Fresh, Fruity, and Fine.
