Made from the grapes of 60-year-old vines – 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Merlot. It is processed with minimal technological intervention and bottles after a minimum of 18 months of aging in Bulgarian and American oak barrels, which are not necessarily new. It has a ruby-red-color, aromas of black and red fruits and spices with elegance and finesse, its unique mineral character reflecting its origin in the limestone-rich soils of the cozy hills of the Danube plain.
