The grapes for this fine young “Merul” Merlot are carefully selected from the vineyards of the Thracian Lowland. By skillfully combining local traditions with modern winemaking technologies, we have created a wine with a deep ruby color, a rich aroma of ripe dark fruits, a balanced and smooth taste, and a pleasantly long finish.

Excellent for both immediate consumption and aging.

This wine pairs particularly well with small game birds (pheasant, partridge, etc.), roasted red meats (oven-roasted, grilled, or barbecued), and, for a suitable cheese pairing, unprocessed pressed cheeses such as Emmental, Comté, and Gruyère.

Enjoy it best served at a temperature of 15–17°C.
