Aged plum rakija Stara Pesma 7 is a 7 years old plum rakija produced in a pot still without a distillation column by Stara Pesma from selected plum varieties. The aroma is characterized by a very well preserved aroma of well ripe plum nicely combined with intense notes of cacao, caramel, cloves, chocolate, coconut and nougat.

As the rakija develops in the glas the aromas of walnut, green walnut and honey, and elegant citrus freshness from the nuance of lemongrass start to dominate. The taste is dominated by perfectly harmonized overripe plum, chocolat, cacao and cloves.

A ripe citrus note of lemon peel interweaves in a slight sweetness in the taste and aftertaste. An ideal digestif. It also suits dry appetizers (mezze), cigars, and desserts.
